We are developing a brain training system designed specifically for athletes. Our product is a sports video game controlled entirely by the mind (Yes!). By targeting and training the brain's focus and motor control regions, we empower athletes to reach peak performance on the field when it matters most. Beyond the game, our system unlocks new frontiers in brain analytics, providing unprecedented insights for progress tracking and talent identification.

We are seeking a Scrum Master with Team Lead potential.

Technical Leadership Skills:

— Bring a creative, startup mindset to find innovative solutions to various challenges;

— Experience in management and development of scrum methodology;

— Develop and implement efficient processes and pipelines;

  • Lead and inspire tech development teams to achieve project goals;

  • Oversee technical development in various technologies, including Unity (system and graphics), web (React, Node.js, databases, security), data science, Python, and DevOps;

  • Possess a strong background in at least one of the mentioned technologies;

  • Identify and manage external resources, including freelancers, software development agencies, and usage of Generative AI tools.

Team Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities within the team, setting a personal example of responsibility and accountability to the work.

  • Foster the development of team members, initiating and tracking KPIs.

  • Instill and maintain high motivation within the team, creating an environment that encourages creativity.

  • Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional tech development team;

  • Drive technical development of projects from conception to delivery;

  • Implement and improve development processes for efficiency and quality;

  • Manage external resources, including freelancers and software development agencies;

  • Collaborate with other departments to align technical development with overall company goals;

  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading tech development teams (1+ years);

  • Strong technical background in at least one of the mentioned technologies;

  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile);

  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop team members;

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Advantages:
