We are developing a brain training system designed specifically for athletes. Our product is a sports video game controlled entirely by the mind (Yes!). By targeting and training the brain's focus and motor control regions, we empower athletes to reach peak performance on the field when it matters most. Beyond the game, our system unlocks new frontiers in brain analytics, providing unprecedented insights for progress tracking and talent identification.

We are seeking a Scrum Master/Project manager.

Technical Leadership Skills:

— Bring a creative, startup mindset to find innovative solutions to various challenges;

— Experience in management and development of scrum methodology;

  • Develop, implement, and manage efficient processes and pipelines;

  • Manage and inspire tech development teams to achieve project goals;

  • Oversee technical development in various technologies, including Unity (system and graphics), web (React, Node.js, DevOps, databases, security), data science.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of creating a development plan based on the company’s road map;

  • Create, manage and report on development sprints;

  • Drive technical development projects from conception to delivery;

  • Implement and improve development processes for efficiency and quality;

  • Set and track team’s KPI

  • Manage external resources, including freelancers, software development agencies, and usage of Generative AI tools;

  • Collaborate with other departments to align technical development with overall company goals;

  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in management of software development teams (2+ years in software development management);

  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile);

  • Strong technical background in at least one of the mentioned technologies;

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Advantages:

  • Proficiency in Russian or Hebrew;

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and track KPIs;

  • Previous experience with Generative AI tools;

  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of technologies beyond core expertise.
