We are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in Insurance industry
Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as an analyst

Experience in Insurance domain

Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use

Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
-
Experience in designing interfaces
-
Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
-
Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
-
Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
-
Usage of UML, BPMN
-
Understanding UX competencies
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English
It would be a plus to have:
