About the Traineeship
The Business Analysis Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.
This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become Business Analysts in a short period of time.
What we offer:
3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;
Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;

Who We Are Looking For
The one who understands the value of structured business analysis in optimizing organizational processes and wants to build a career in Business Analysis.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English/German/French (verbal communication);
- a strong theoretical base in BA, successfully completed Business Analyst in IT courses;
Will Be a Plus:
- participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or business analyst conferences;
- previous healthcare, consulting, international law, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, audit) experience.
