About the Traineeship
The System Analysis Engineer Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.
This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become System Analysis Engineers in a short period of time.

What we offer:
3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;

Who We Are Looking For
The one who understands the value of system analysis optimizing organizational processes and wants to build a career in System Analysis engineering.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (verbal communication);

  • knowledge and understanding of the software life cycle, software development process, as well as software architecture, database fundamentals;

  • knowledge of basic SQL functions, knowledge of basic UML 2.0 diagrams, knowledge of the web (api, http, rest, soap);

  • knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Kanban, waterfall, SCRUM), ability to work with requirements (types, documentation, requirements management);

  • experience in a bank and financial/leasing institution in departments optimizing and automating business processes or creating and supporting banking products will be an advantage.

Will Be a Plus:

  • participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or System Analysis conferences;

  • Intermediate or higher level of German.
