SATashkent is seeking a motivated UX/Product Manager to join our team. Please note that in the beginning , there is internship period of 2 weeks to 2 months based on your performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping product decisions, translating business needs into clear specifications, and working closely with developers to bring features to life.

UX/Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Design user flows and interfaces in collaboration with the development team

Coordinate with developers on UX logic and implementation details

Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, behavior analysis)

Create wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar tools)

Test new features before release to ensure UX quality

Qualifications:

Understanding of UX/UI principles and product thinking

Experience with Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)

Ability to write clear, structured technical specifications

Basic understanding of agile/scrum processes

English proficiency

Strong attention to detail
