UI/UX Designer
Step into a design role where your ideas ship — shaping real digital products from concept to interface.
Responsibilities
- Design and build user interfaces and experiences end to end
- Translate product requirements into design, working closely with the engineering team
- Create prototypes and mockups for web and mobile
- Run usability testing and iterate on the results
- Maintain and evolve the company design system
- Bring your own design direction — propose and drive ideas for the product independently, not just execute handed-down specs
Requirements
- 3+ years in UI/UX design
- Strong command of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Fluent in current UI/UX patterns and modern layout thinking (bento grids, modular/component-driven design, clean information hierarchy)
- Solid grasp of usability and UX principles
- A showable portfolio is required — Dribbble, Figma, live work, anything. We need to actually see your work, so be ready to walk us through it
- Strong team player with clear communication
- Sharp attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
Process
- Interviews are live and on the spot — no take-home or offline assignments
Conditions
- Schedule: 9:00–18:00, 6 days a week
- Salary: from 2000 USD
- On-site / office-based
