We are currently looking for an experienced System Project Manager / AI-assisted Delivery to join our team.
What you’ll do
— Analyze business ideas, product initiatives, and requests from internal stakeholders.
— Dive deep into user flows, product logic, system constraints, and dependencies across modules.
— Turn ambiguous requests into clear and actionable tasks for design, development, and QA teams.
— Elaborate requirements: user scenarios, business rules, entity states, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
— Create and maintain specifications, user stories, and documentation.
— Manage tasks in Jira: maintain high-quality task descriptions, track timelines, blockers, dependencies, and progress.
— Support tasks throughout the full lifecycle: discovery → design → development → testing → release → feedback.
— Ensure transparency of processes and delivery status for the team and stakeholders.
— Use AI tools to analyse requirements, prepare specifications, and accelerate team execution.
— Promote a spec-driven development approach: define expected behaviour and specifications first, then move into implementation.
What we’re looking for
— Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner with a strong systems-oriented mindset.
— Experience working in a product IT environment.
— Ability to transform ideas and ambiguous requests into structured requirements and executable tasks.
— Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task management tools.
— Strong documentation skills (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or similar).
— Understanding of the full delivery lifecycle — from idea and requirements to release and outcome validation.
— Strong decomposition and systems thinking skills.
— Basic understanding of web products: frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, user roles, and system constraints.
— Ability to work effectively across business and engineering teams.
— Ability to quickly absorb complex product contexts.
AI skills (an important part of the role)
We treat AI as a practical working tool.
We expect active usage of AI for:
— analyzing requirements and identifying weak spots;
— validating user scenarios and uncovering edge cases;
— preparing draft specifications and acceptance criteria;
— analyzing existing documentation and product logic;
— accelerating onboarding into complex modules;
— generating questions for stakeholders and delivery teams;
— identifying risks before development starts.
Nice to have
— Experience in B2B SaaS.
— Experience working with complex multi-module products.
— Exposure to international markets.
— Background in systems analysis, delivery management, or technical project management.
— Experience in QA or test design.
— Understanding of UX, product analytics, and metrics.
— Experience improving processes in distributed teams.
— Active usage of AI tools in daily work.
