Stream QA Lead

Exp – 3+ in QA lead role and 5 years of experience in QA.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy with strong emphasis on automation for Brokerage/Trading Platform. Ultimate goal — fully automated releases.

• Build and maintain a diverse testing environment, covering functional, integration, performance, chaos (potentially) and security testing across various platforms • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a team of SDET Leads and senior individual contributors.

• • Drive the adoption and improvement of advanced testing technologies and methodologies.
• • Drive the implementation of engineering best practices in testing code and processes.
• • Conduct selective code reviews, especially for tests and changes in testing infrastructure.
• • Maintain high team morale and motivation, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Obligatory

• • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA.
• • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA Lead role.
• • Strong experience in test automation (2+ years, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc.).
• • Proven experience managing a team of 5+ senior individual contributors and team leads in a large-scale testing environment, preferably in well-recognized product companies.
• • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects.
• • Deep understanding of a wide range of testing methodologies and processes.
• • Solid understanding of performance testing.
• • Solid understanding of engineering practices.
• • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation and effective decision-making.
• • Effective communication skills, able to convey messages to diverse stakeholders, including business and development teams.

Preferably

• Experience with mobile applications testing.
  Experience with Protobuf and gRPC API.
• Experience with websockets.
  Experience with FIX API.
