Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing.

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

Project Overview

Join a team developing a modern employee self-service mobile application for a large banking organization, aimed at digitalizing and streamlining internal HR processes across the enterprise.

The solution enables employees to access corporate services, personal information, documents, requests, notifications, and other HR-related functionality through a secure mobile-first experience. The project includes integration with multiple enterprise systems, identity and access management services, and middleware APIs.

The development team is responsible for delivering a scalable and user-friendly solution across iOS, Android, and web channels, with a strong focus on responsive UI, security, performance, and seamless integration with back-office platforms.

The project follows an Agile delivery approach and involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps specialists.

As a Senior Angular Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing front-end functionality, participating in technical decision-making, integrating with REST APIs, and ensuring high code quality across the application lifecycle.

The project offers an opportunity to work on a business-critical digital transformation initiative in the banking domain, with complex enterprise integrations and a modern technology stack.

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular 17.3.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in technical design, estimations, and architecture discussions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement reliable fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuous improvement of the development workflow.
  • Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular.
  • Strong practical experience with Angular 17.x; Angular 17.3 experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS.
  • Good understanding of Angular architecture, components, services, dependency injection, routing, and forms.
  • Experience with RxJS.
  • Experience with state management solutions such as NgRx or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Good knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and maintainable front-end architecture.
  • Ability to independently take ownership of complex front-end features.
  • Experience participating in technical discussions and code reviews.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • English level B2+ or higher.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Ionic, Capacitor, or Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
  • Experience integrating solutions with HR, ERP, BPM, or employee-management platforms.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first design principles.
  • Experience mentoring other developers.
