These are the tasks awaiting you

• Drive full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms – including Meta, Google, Telegram and Yandex -, optimizing for qualified leads, conversion, and business growth.

• Continuously optimize and scale campaigns through structured experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing budget optimization.

• Build and manage audience retargeting strategies across the customer journey to improve engagement and conversion.

• Collaborate with designers to test and improve creatives for maximum performance

• Partner with Product, UX/UI, and BI teams to continuously optimize landing pages and conversion across the customer journey.

• Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and analyses, measuring both marketing efficiency and business impact.

• Continuously identify growth opportunities and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends

We’re looking for you if you have

• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, real estate, or tech sectors

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Telegram and Yandex Ads

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while continuously optimising

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Results-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns

• English–Uzbek–Russian language skills

You’ll have an advantage if you have

• Experience with programmatic campaigns or affiliate marketing

• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing

• Previous experience in real estate or banking industry

• Understanding of data visualization tools
