Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
- Design intuitive mobile and web experiences using Figma.
- Work closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership to define and improve product features.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly product experiences.
- Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Participate in product discovery and feature prioritization.
- Write clear product requirements and collaborate with the development team during implementation.
- Monitor released features, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product.
- Take ownership of product decisions and contribute ideas that create business value.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing complete digital products rather than only individual screens.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager.
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) or user stories.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software development processes.
