These are the tasks awaiting you

• Design high-quality visual assets for the entire housing ecosystem, including digital experiences, marketing campaigns, sales materials, and offline communications.

• Design high-performance ad creatives for paid campaigns and visual content for Telegram, Meta, Yandex and Google, localized for Uzbek and Russian audiences.

• Design conversion-focused landing pages and A/B test variations, collaborating closely with Product and UX to optimize user journeys and conversion.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously optimize creative assets based on performance insights and business outcomes.

We're looking for you if you have

• Strong graphic design skills with experience in digital advertising and social media

• Ability to produce multiple creative variations quickly for testing purposes

• Knowledge of visual storytelling and user experience principles

• Experience working closely with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals

• English–Uzbek–Russian language skills

You'll have an advantage if you have

• Previous experience designing for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic)

• Experience in managing social media accounts, or a willingness to take on social media management responsibilities

• Experience creating visuals for Telegram, other social media platforms and landing pages

• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing creatives based on CTR and engagement metrics

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
