• Design interface prototypes for internal services developed by the company;
• Develop the existing design system;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative design approaches;
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn requirements into user‑centric designs;
• Maintain and document UI components, patterns, and accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of Figma (libraries, components, variables, layouts);
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects;
• Willingness to grow as a Designer;
• Ability to communicate in English would be a plus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Be proactive, self-organized, and detail-focused.
