Hello, we are looking for a Head of Business Development for our products in the eSports industry.

We primarily consider candidates with proven experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations.

GGSKIN is rapidly expanding its B2B direction and partner network. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development professional who will own partner acquisition, build relationships with gaming platforms and marketplaces, negotiate commercial terms, and drive new integrations. The goal of this role is to accelerate revenue growth by expanding our global partner ecosystem.

Location: remotely.

Current team composition:
Product Manager, Backend Team, Frontend Team, QA, UI/UX Designer, Marketing Team, Customer Support, Finance.

List of technologies needed:

CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, Discord, Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools (ChatGPT), basic API understanding.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.

— Hands-on experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients (Outbound Sales).

— Experience negotiating with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Heads of Business, etc.).

— Proven track record of closing commercial deals and managing partners through the integration and launch process.

— Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

— Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct business negotiations confidently.

— Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently achieve business KPIs.

Responsibilities:

— Own the end-to-end Business Development process, from identifying new opportunities to launching strategic partnerships.

— Drive the acquisition of new B2B partners and expand GGSKIN's global partner network.

— Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners.

— Lead commercial negotiations and secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

— Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful partner integrations.

— Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's business development strategy.

— Achieve partnership, revenue, and business growth targets through proactive sales and relationship management.

Tasks description:

— Identify and acquire new B2B partners across the gaming industry (marketplaces, lootbox platforms, casinos, game services, payment providers, affiliate platforms).

— Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closing.

— Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.

— Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and strategic partnership agreements.

— Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch new integrations.

— Represent GGSKIN in meetings, conferences, and online communication with international partners.

— Monitor the market, identify new business opportunities, and analyze competitors.

— Build and optimize the partner acquisition pipeline.

— Achieve quarterly partnership and revenue growth targets.

Will be an advantage:

— Experience in Gaming, CS2, iGaming, Marketplaces, FinTech, or Payment-related companies.

— Existing network of contacts or partner relationships within the gaming industry.

— Experience in international B2B sales and working with overseas partners.
