What you'll do:
- Design game features for a new project — from writing the GDD and presenting it to the team to evaluating how well goals were met
- Run playtests
- Dig into the "boring" spreadsheets for balance work, then cut loose in the editor to bring features to life
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience as a game designer on midcore mobile games built in Unity
- Ability to identify the core elements a feature needs to function — and cut everything that doesn't
- A wide and varied gaming background
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience designing interfaces alongside UX/UI designers
