👋 We are Centaurea — a team of imperfect people with a passion to build good, useful software, in search of a formed Full-stack Designer (2.5+ years of production work) with style, taste, and established judgment. We're looking for someone who wants to build a serious product for impatient users, is willing to do the hard work, and finds more satisfaction in a boring signup flow that finally converts than in a shiny but empty Dribbble shot. 🔍 Who We Are Looking For:

We value trajectory and attitude over a perfect checklist. We want a human-first, professional-second finisher who owns their work without exception and cares deeply about the users and the team.

The Baseline (Experience) 📈

• 2.5+ years designing real UI/UX for real users, owning your piece of the work.
• Master of design fundamentals (principles, typography, color theory, grids, composition).
• Thinking in flows and systems, not screens.
• Figma at system level: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens.
• Judgment, style, and taste: AI can generate a hundred options — you know how to kill the 99 unnecessary ones.
• Prioritization: know where to push 105% and where an AI-gen bare minimum is enough.
• AI toolset: prompting, Midjourney, research, fact gathering on a daily basis.
• You understand code constraints (HTML/CSS) — you don't write production code, but down the road we're heading toward design-system components structured for markup generation (Figma → code). We'll teach the specifics; you should want that direction.
• 📌 Bonus: psychology of perception, motion, front-end skills, data-informed decisions.
