  • duration: 2 months — intensive format to quickly build a solid foundation;

  • the course curriculum consists of practice and home assignments;

  • the course ends with a project presentation;

  • a certificate is provided upon completion of the course;

  • mentors are Middle and Senior UI/UX Designers in our company.

Requirements for the intensive course:

  • Intermediate+ or higher level of English (verbal communication);

  • basic knowledge of UI/UX;

  • a portfolio on Behance/Dribble;

  • readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen.

2. Laboratory

Hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project:

  • an intensive stage closely simulating real work conditions:

  • theoretical and practical training for working on commercial projects;

  • teamwork based on the SCRUM methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead;

  • weekly progress tracking and feedback;

  • development of soft skills, presentation skills, and English practice;

  • participation in internal and training projects of the company;

  • mastering key UI/UX tools and development processes.

Laboratory Format:

3 months: from your first day in the Laboratory to your first day on a commercial project;
