UX designer in Fintech

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to improve both the user experience and visual design of a mobile app and web platform in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

— Develop and improve UX/UI solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements;
— Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web platforms;
— Create and maintain consistent, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI designs;
— Conduct UX research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis;
— Monitor industry trends and implement modern UX and UI best practices;
— Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

— A portfolio featuring fintech projects and strong UX/UI case studies;
— Proven UI design skills with the ability to create and improve high-quality visual interfaces;
— Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries;
— Experience with UX research and analytics tools;
— Structured thinking, strong visual design skills, and attention to detail;
— B2+ English (spoken and written).
