Обязанности:

  • Backlog & Priority Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, focusing on features that drive player retention and deliver measurable value to casino operators.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between B2B clients, internal stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring product strategy aligns with technical delivery.

  • Requirements Engineering: Translate high-level business problems into clear user stories, precise acceptance criteria, and comprehensive technical requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with CRM & Retention teams, Product Managers, UX designers, and developers to design scalable, personalized, and proactive AI-driven solutions.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics and player behavior data to inform product decisions and prioritize future improvements.

  • Release Management: Ensure product releases are delivered on time, with high quality, and remain strictly aligned with Slotsense’s vision of intelligent, automated retention.

  • Customer Discovery: Continuously engage with clients to gather feedback, conduct user research, and validate the product's strategic direction.

Требования:

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally within the B2B SaaS, MarTech, or iGaming industries.

  • Agile Proficiency: Deeply skilled in requirement gathering, backlog management, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to prioritize features and back up product decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator capable of seamlessly bridging technical and business perspectives.

  • Product Passion: A strong passion for customer experience, personalization mechanics, and AI-powered product solutions.
