Project Manager / QA Tester

HUNTME GROUP is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Manager / QA Tester to join our team in a hybrid work format.

We are looking for a candidate who can manage digital product development processes, coordinate tasks between business and technical teams, test product functionality, control quality, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Project Manager / QA Tester

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate digital product development projects.
  • Communicate with business, product, design, development, and management teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, user stories, task descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Plan project tasks, set priorities, monitor deadlines, and control task execution.
  • Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of product requirements.
  • Test new features, updates, and system functionality before release.
  • Prepare test cases, checklists, bug reports, and QA documentation.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution.
  • Validate that delivered features meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Support product improvement based on user feedback and internal needs.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, QA Tester, Business Analyst, Product Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, HR-tech, startups, or digital product development.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to write clear requirements, tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications.
  • Understanding of QA processes, bug reporting, test cases, and regression testing.
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Responsibility, discipline, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR-tech, recruitment platforms, CRM, ATS, or SaaS products.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to prepare product documentation and process maps.
  • Experience working in startup or fast-growing tech environments.
  • Basic technical background will be an advantage.
