We are looking for a technical-minded Digital Growth & Web Platform Owner to take full responsibility for the evolution of our website ecosystem across international markets.

This is not a pure marketing role. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong web architecture, product, and platform mindset who can operate at the intersection of web development, digital product ownership, and growth strategy.

The role covers not only the main website, but also partner portals, multiple landing pages, and localized digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

Web Platform Architecture & Ownership

  • Conduct a full audit of the existing website and digital properties
  • Define scalable structure for: domains / subdomains / regional versions, landing page architecture, partner portal structure
  • Ensure consistency across localized versions while allowing regional flexibility
  • Work closely with HQ technical team on implementation priorities

Integration & Systems Thinking

  • Define and coordinate integrations between website and internal systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, lead routing)
  • Ensure correct data flow across platforms under compliance constraints (including sanctions / regional restrictions)
  • Identify gaps in current integration architecture and propose improvements

Conversion & UX Ownership

  • Own conversion logic across the entire web ecosystem (not just marketing funnels)
  • Design and improve: user journeys, lead capture flows, portal onboarding experience
  • Work with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into functional web experiences

Digital Growth Enablement

  • Enable scalable traffic-to-lead conversion through platform design
  • Improve landing page performance through structural and UX changes
  • Support SEO and content teams from a technical and architectural standpoint

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with HQ technical team to prioritize website changes
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams
  • Align website strategy with regional sales priorities

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web platform, digital product, or web architecture roles
  • Strong understanding of: web infrastructure (domains, subdomains, hosting structures), CMS / web platform ecosystems, API integrations and data flows (CRM, marketing tools, analytics)
  • Experience building or managing: websites at scale, partner portals or multi-tenant platforms, multi-region / localized web systems
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles from a product perspective
  • Experience working in complex regulatory or restricted environments (sanctions, compliance, platform limitations)
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Fluent English (C1+)
