We are looking for a Content Manager to help rethink and improve the company’s website content experience.

This role is focused on creating clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content for website pages, landing pages, and promotional materials. You will work with complex fintech products and help transform them into accessible and compelling user-facing messaging.

You will collaborate closely with our Website Manager, design, and front-end teams to improve website structure, user journeys, and content quality across the company’s digital presence.

We are looking for the someone who is not only able to execute content tasks, but can also think critically, propose improvements, and independently develop content solutions within existing business and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop website and promotional content for the company’s products and services, including landing pages, core website pages, and marketing materials;
  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy aligned with fintech compliance requirements;
  • Participate in website redesign and restructuring initiatives, helping improve page clarity, content hierarchy, user experience, conversion rates, SEO performance, and content visibility for LLMs;
  • Develop and optimize user journeys across website pages and marketing funnels;
  • Improve and maintain existing content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, readability, and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice and messaging across all website and promotional content;
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality website experiences;
  • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support research and content production while maintaining strong editorial quality and human tone.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, website content, or web-focused copywriting;
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent);
  • Experience creating content for websites, landing pages, and promotional materials;
  • Understanding of website content structure, readability, and basic UI/UX principles;
  • Ability to work independently with broad direction and propose content improvements, not just execute tasks;
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO (headings, meta tags, keywords);
  • Basic HTML knowledge and confidence working in CMS environments (WordPress or similar);
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams;
  • Experience using AI tools to support content workflows is a plus;
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
