About the Traineeship
The UI/UX Design Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.
This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become UI/UX designer in a short period of time.

What we offer:
3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;
Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;
Bring your own laptop: your device + our training = a specialist ready for real tasks;
Focus on learning: this traineeship is primarily about gaining knowledge and skills.

Successful graduates receive a Junior 1 offer.

Who We Are Looking For
The one who understands the value of machine learning technologies and wants to build a career in UI/UX Design.

Requirements:

• Intermediate+ or higher level of English (verbal communication);
• completed UI/UX Design courses;
• confident knowledge of design tools: Adobe XD / Sketch / Figma;
• portfolio made out on Behance/Dribble is obligatory;
• communication skills, motivation, high speed of assimilation of new knowledge.

Will Be a Plus:

• Intermediate or higher level of German;
• participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or conferences.
