About the job
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and sales and marketing specialists to design engaging digital experiences that delight our users. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to inform design decisions and creating intuitive interfaces that help our clients achieve their goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for our products and website using Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process
• Create sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong writing skills for creating clear, concise, and effective guides
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for designing user-centered and innovative solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Bonus Points

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Each applicant is required to complete a test task as part of the application process. If hired, you will be compensated for the time spent, equivalent to a full working day.
