Perfect.Live is looking for an SEO Manager. As a dedicated SEO specialist, the successful candidate will be pivotal in strategizing and implementing SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic and elevate search engine rankings. The position involves a blend of technical proficiency, analytical acumen, and creative touch to ensure that our exclusive concierge service captivates and engages discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, link-building, content creation, and technical SEO audits.
  • Analyse performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in SEO best practices and adjusting strategies to accommodate these changes. Monitor Google updates and algorithm changes.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Monitor and report on performance to Key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SEO manager or a similar SEO-focused role.
  • Relevant SEO certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Semrush).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of the online search landscape.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush, Ahrefs, or equivalents.
  • Strong SEO editing and digital headline writing skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms, like WordPress.
  • Experience working with large brands, ideally ideally in the lifestyle space.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO, and SEO reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English and Russian languages.
  • Strong copywriting skills will be a great advantage.
